• Promotes home health services by establishing, developing, and maintaining relationships with Case Managers in hospitals, Senior Living communities, the VA, and physician offices;
• Meets growth and development targets;
• Maintains high standards of quality customer service;
• Generates appropriate referrals and communicates with Intake Coordinator;
• Develops a comprehensive market plan;
• Actively establishes and maintains market acceptance;
• Becomes a resource for the customer and the community.

5-10+ years experience in healthcare marketing in the local area strongly preferred
