  • Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with clinical, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure seamless referral processes and a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize Data-Driven Insights: Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track team performance, referral outcomes, and market trends, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and report to executive leadership.
  • Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay informed about addiction treatment trends, insurance policies, admission criteria, and competitive dynamics to position our programs as a leader in the field.
  • Host High-Impact Events: Organize and lead educational workshops, seminars, and networking events to raise awareness about addiction treatment and showcase our services to referral partners and the community.
  • Support Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful campaigns, outreach materials, and strategies that enhance brand visibility and support business development goals.
  • Analyze and Report Performance: Prepare detailed reports on team activities, referral metrics, and market opportunities, presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive growth.
