Work Type: Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid (Bay Area & New York Only) | PermanentCompensation: USD 170,000 – 180,000 annuallyHours: Standard Business Hours (PST/EST)Notice Period: Max 1 Month (Immediate joiners preferred)Note: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder (no Visa sponsorship available).Job OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead AI/ML and cloud services sales in the Bay Area and New York regions. This role requires deep experience in new business development, enterprise sales, and the ability to drive go-to-market strategies for high-tech AI and data solutions.Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in sales and business development for software/services
• Proven experience in selling AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud Transformation solutions
• Strong background in new logo acquisition and enterprise sales strategy
• Hands-on experience in service sales and building long-term client partnerships
• Experience in CRM tools like Salesforce and working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, or related field
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Must be located in Bay Area or New York

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales strategy and meet/exceed targets
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in AI, ML, and Cloud
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to execute GTM plans
• Deliver presentations and lead technical discussions with clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Attend industry events and generate qualified leads
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to leadership

• Minimum 3+ years tenure at each past employer required for job stability
• This is an in-region role—only candidates from Bay Area or New York will be considered
