Heritage Grand Bakery (HGB), a mission-driven brand known for its commitment to sustainability, quality, and guest experience, is seeking a Director of Brand & Operations Strategy to lead the charge in brand growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.About The RoleAs Director of Brand & Operations Strategy, you will be a key leader responsible for shaping and executing our brand vision across all customer touchpoints while ensuring the highest standards of operational performance. This cross-functional role blends brand strategy, marketing, innovation, and business operations, offering a unique opportunity to influence both guest experience and internal excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of multi-brand strategic marketing initiatives across digital, traditional media, social platforms, and public relations.
• Oversee all aspects of brand development, customer experience, and technology innovation.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to ensure messaging and brand identity remain cohesive and impactful.
• Manage special event programming, including full-service operations of our 50-person mezzanine venue, plus commission.
• Partner with the COO to drive operational strategy, including:
• Supply chain optimization
• COGS and food cost control
• Budgeting and financial reporting
• Vendor management and invoicing
• Health and safety compliance
• Daily store oversight and team accountability
• Hire, train, and develop team members to maintain a strong, values-driven culture.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of leadership experience in brand strategy, hospitality operations, or food & beverage management
• Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and driving results in both marketing and operations
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and reporting
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for elevating brand experiences
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
