Hiring a Remote Director of Billing Services!

Must be located in one of the following states: WA, NC, GA, FL, UT, MN, OR, CA, NJ, SC, TN, TX

Schedule: M-F 40 hours per week, flexible time

This is a direct hire opportunity!

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 annually depending on experience & qualifications

Day to day:

• Partner with internal teams (Implementation, Customer Success, and Support) to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience throughout the Billing Services lifecycle.
• Act as a key escalation point for strategic or high-impact client issues related to billing operations.
• Develop, track, and present key Billing Services KPIs to leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Continuously improve operational processes to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure the team has access to up-to-date training, documentation, and tools to succeed.
• Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) for Billing Services, ensuring alignment with financial and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to recruit, hire, and onboard onshore and offshore team members.
• Proactively manage staffing levels to meet growing customer demand while maintaining service standards.
• Evaluate and recommend software solutions to enhance billing operations efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure systems support operational needs.

Must Have Qualifications:

• 7+ Years RCM Experience (Open to health system or outsourced RCM)
• 3+ Years Leadership (onshore/offshore)
• Experience defining, tracking, reporting KPIs
• Strong understanding of payer requirements, regulations, best practices
• Behavioral Health Experience
