Director of Behavioral Health Services, Metropolitan Peace Initiatives - Metropolitan Family Services : Job Details

Oversee the administrative operations of Metropolitan Peace Initiatives Behavioral Health/ Clinical Services. Provide supervision to Directors of Behavioral Health Services. Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the programs including items related to service, community groups and personnel matters. Maintain quality and quantity of services including keeping abreast of client service needs and participates in planning for them. Manage all personnel matters within program including hiring, employee relations, performance improvement, assigning, identifying leadership potential of program staff and terminating of staff. Assure appropriate integrations of multi-service, multi-disciplinary, and systems approach to program. Track caseload numbers and participant outcome data and provide timely reports to the Chief Program Officer, as requested.
