Director of Behavioral Health Services - Gotham Enterprises : Job Details

Location: Oakland, CA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Salary: $135,000 $155,000 annually, depending on experience

Position Summary: We are hiring a Director of Behavioral Health Services to lead and manage behavioral health programs at a well-regarded healthcare organization in Oakland. This full-time leadership role oversees clinical operations, supports multidisciplinary teams, drives quality initiatives, and ensures the delivery of effective mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of behavioral health services, including program development, staffing, and compliance
• Provide supervision and leadership to clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative environment
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet regulatory and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with medical directors, primary care teams, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care
• Monitor program performance, quality metrics, and financial goals, implementing improvements as needed
• Support staff development through training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
• Participate in strategic planning to expand and enhance behavioral health services
