Join UHS-Binghamton, a non-profit organization, for the innovative role of Director of Behavioral Health Service Line in Binghamton, New York!The Position The Director of the Behavioral Health Service Line will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic growth plan encompassing both inpatient and outpatient services across three Behavioral Health clinics within the system.This leader will report to the Vice President, UHS Physician Practice & Service Line .This leader will be responsible for program management and operational oversight of the service line, with a focus on staff development initiatives. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial performance to identify opportunities for business development.Ideal candidates will possess both strategic and operational acumen, with the ability to unify teams and service lines across the organization. While a clinical background is not required, a strong understanding of behavioral health and social work practices is essential. The role requires results-driven leaders who can inspire lasting change and continued growth.Requirements Bachelor's degree required; A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is highly preferred.A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in health, healthcare, and leadership is required.Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $112,000 to $169,000 annually. In addition, a leader may be eligible for other benefits, including but not limited to health insurance coverage, retirement benefits, and bonuses.
