What Youll Do:Teach advanced Barbering techniquesfades, beard work, straight-razor shavingand oversee consistent delivery of technical training across all Barbering programs. Lead and support Educators and Student Educators to ensure high-quality, consistent instruction. Oversee and assist in the training and mentorship of Student Instructors as they work toward licensure, maintaining program consistency and excellence. Partner with the Curriculum Manager and Compliance Department to stay current on state-by-state licensing requirements and ensure all campuses remain compliant. Evaluate program effectiveness across locations, identify areas for growth, and help implement improvements. Monitor student experience, retention, and outcomestaking proactive steps to support student success.
