Director of Athletics Development - University of the Pacific : Job Details

The Director of Athletics Development serves as a key member of University Developments and Athletics leadership teams. They will share responsibility for the strategic direction of Athletics successful fundraising. This position works closely with Athletics and University Development leaders, and fundraising colleagues across Pacifics three-city university campuses, to oversee philanthropic support primarily at the annual gifts level (gifts up to $25 K), with some additional major gift ($25 K and above) responsibility as well. They will build relationships with alumni, friends, businesses and organizations with the ability to make annual/major gifts to Pacific to achieve Pacifics and Athletics missions, visions, values and annual/campaign fundraising goals. Additionally, the Director leads the Pacific Athletic Foundation (PAF) and Board of Directors.
