This person will drive operational excellence and elevate the performance of a high-impact trailer fleet. Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the maintenance and optimization of owned and leased dry van trailer assets
• Managing vendor relationships and negotiating repair and sourcing contracts
• Implementing preventive maintenance and minimizing fleet downtime
• Partnering with operations to align capacity and asset utilization
• Developing KPIs and reporting on trailer performance and costs
• Driving fleet-related process improvements and budgeting initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bring a sharp eye for vendor negotiation and contract management
• Demonstrate strong strategic planning capabilities for fleet growth
