Job Title: Director, Analytics & Reporting

Location: Bronx, NY

Duration: Full-time Direct Hire

Job Scope:

Client is seeking an experienced Analytics Director or Assistant Director to lead its data and analytics team. Responsible for a team of 9 that focuses on Epic Reporting and Analytics (Cogito, Clarity and Caboodle), and Microsoft Power BI data visualizations. Current project in flight is guiding and developing analytics related to infection control and anti-microbial data stewardship in support of the Epic Bugsy application optimization.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Epic Analytics & Reporting
• Hands-on experience with Power BI
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Ability to drive analytics initiatives in a clinical or hospital setting

Preferred:

• Epic Certification in Cogito, Caboodle, and/or Clarity
• Power BI Certification
