Expert in small molecule analytical development for solid orals (or small molecule parenterals)

Method development and method validation

HPLC necessary with knowledge of various types of chromatographic separation

Working with both Drug Substance and Drug Product

Writing sections for IND and NDA

Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for fast-paced lab

Direct projects along with strong people-management abilities

Exceptional communication skills for interfacing with CROs/CDMOs
