About the Role

The university is on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Advancement Compliance and Operations. This influential position will serve as a vital internal advisor, shaping the future of governance, regulatory affairs, and operational compliance within the organization. A key focus will be to champion philanthropy and safeguard the integrity of gift agreements, ensuring contributions align with donor expectations and the university's mission.

As part of your responsibilities, you will drive regulatory compliance initiatives, manage critical document reviews, and lead on issues concerning donor confidentiality and intent. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant field along with at least 8 years of experience in non-profit governance, regulatory affairs, and compliance. A Juris Doctorate and prior experience as an attorney are highly desirable.

We seek a proactive individual with a strong commitment to organizational integrity, who can collaborate effectively with colleagues, campus partners, and external counsel. Key functions of this position will include innovative production and collaboration in advancing the university's goals.
