The Director of Admissions will develop, plan, coordinate, organize, and direct the sales and marketing, leasing, admission, and public relations program for the campus in accordance with established company policies and procedures, standards, and guidelines; current federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the campus, marketing, leasing, and admissions.

This role is responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, managing referrals, and converting inquiries into move-ins across multiple service lines. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and natural relationship builder and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Marketing Leadership:Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet or exceed occupancy and census goals across independent living, assisted living, memory care, outpatient therapy, and respite care services.Lead Generation & Conversion:Effectively manage internal and external leads through proactive outreach, community networking, professional referral development, and follow-up. Drive tours, assessments, and move-ins.Referral & Relationship Management:Cultivate relationships with hospitals, physician offices, home health/hospice agencies, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources. Represent the organization at networking events and community outreach opportunities.Collaboration & Communication:Work closely with the executive director, clinical teams, and regional leadership to ensure alignment of sales efforts with clinical and operational excellence. Participate in regular census reviews and strategy meetings.Data & Outcome Tracking:Maintain accurate lead tracking, move-in data, and activity reports. Performance will be outcomes-based, tied directly to census growth and sales metrics.Territory Management:This position requires regular travel to surrounding communities and referral partners in areas such as Norfolk, Pierce, Wisner, Wayne, and other designated locations.Qualifications:
