The Opportunity
The Director of Acquisitions will be responsible for leading the identification, evaluation, and execution of affordable housing and LIHTC development acquisitions in alignment with the company's mission and investment strategies. The Director will own the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities to closing transactions, leveraging their deep expertise in LIHTC financing, tax-exempt bonds, HUD programs, gap financing, state and local affordable housing funding sources, and public-private partnerships.
This position requires a proven track record in affordable housing acquisitions, with a well-established network of relationships among sellers, lenders, syndicators, housing finance agencies (HFAs), state and local agencies, developers, and brokers. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about expanding the supply of affordable housing. Report directly to the Managing Principals.
