Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead all aspects of accounting, month-end close, finance operations, analysis, and reporting
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting per IFRS, with robust forecasting and analysis
• Implement scalable financial processes and systems, including ERP projects and acquisition integrations
• Oversee audits, compliance, cash flow, and financial controls
• Provide strategic financial leadership to align operations with P&L goals

Required:

• 10+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Real estate experience including commercial, hospitality, REIT, or retail is preferred
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred)
• Proven leadership in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong analytical skills and expertise in complex accounting processes

Depending on skill set and experience, this role could pay $180k-$250k + 20-30% bonus.
