The Director of Account Management will oversee client partnerships at JUICE, focusing on onboarding, maintenance, retention, account growth, and renewals. This role will lead how JUICE provides excellent customer service by coaching, managing, and mentoring the internal team.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Client onboarding, support, advocacy, retention, growth, renewals, and upselling.
- Develop Account Strategy Teams, coaching and developing Client Success Managers, Strategists, and Associate Account Directors, fostering continuous learning and collaboration.
- Manage client success outcomes, increasing renewal rates, reducing churn, and growing revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and NPS performance.
- Drive new business growth via advocacy and testimonials.
- Conduct client check-in calls, QBRs, and maintain client records in CRM.
- Implement protocols for client feedback and listening points.
- Coach account teams in pre-call, on-call, and post-call processes, identifying growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for client issues.
- Manage and mentor client-facing teams on conflict resolution.

- Churn Rate, Contract Length, Upsell Rate
- Existing Client Upsells
- Client and team scorecard alignment
