Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee department supervisors across placement, care coordination, billing, authorizations, clinical, and IT

• Identify operational weaknesses and step in to provide guidance or hands-on support as needed

• Develop and implement streamlined workflows to ensure efficient, high-quality service

• Cultivate a calm, accountable, and motivated work culture

• Partner with ownership to develop and execute growth strategies, including out-of-state expansion

• Drive technology adoption and maximize use of operational platforms and apps
