We're seeking an energetic leader committed to making an impact to join our dynamic team as the Director of Community and Stakeholder Relations for the New Hampshire Rapid Response Program (NHRRAP). We're looking for a dynamic, innovative, and deeply passionate contributor to the greater good to help continue our history of expanding impact at every opportunity, while staying at the forefront of strategic initiatives that improve mental and behavioral health services across the state.

In this position, you will:

  • Proactively engage with New Hampshire residents at community meetings, conferences, and other avenues to understand community needs.
  • Seek out new opportunities for NHRRAP to improve and expand behavioral health access for all residents.
  • Lead impactful community engagement and media relations efforts.
  • Engage with stakeholders from local, state, and federal governments, as well as non-profit organizations, creating alliances that foster community resilience.
  • Contribute to community needs assessments, strategy development, innovative service design, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A passionate leader with a dedication to mental health advocacy and community service.
  • Resides in New Hampshire and has experience with its behavioral healthcare systems and diverse populations.
  • Skilled in managing complex programs and stakeholder relations, including government.
  • Comfortable speaking publicly at forums, conferences, and government committees.
  • Equity-focused and committed to making a lasting difference for all residents.
  • An advanced degree in behavioral health or social work is preferred.
