Job Description :
Essential duties & responsibilities:
  • Lead the North America marketing team + efforts, developing + implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor + assess all marketing strategies + tactics, adjusting as needed to ensure maximized growth + impact
  • Provide input to category leadership team + supply chain for North America launch quantities + needs
  • Plan and ensure implementation of all field communication for NA specific marketing programs and product animations, as well as share any relevant product updates for NA market
  • Plan + execute the GWP program, from conception to launch, communicating any relevant updates to the teams as needed and providing post-mortem analysis following the completion of the program. Work with international markets to ensure cohesive global plan
  • Plan + execute all sell-through programs, providing a monthly “offers' program to the field, with customizable collateral for use in accounts
  • Ensure flawless execution of all NA + global marketing programs + product launches, partnering with sales leadership to ensure no gaps in communication or programming
  • Work with key stakeholders in NA sales team to develop + execute national accounts programs, from GWPs to holiday + seasonal promotions as needed
  • Oversee NA marketing digital B2B/ B2B2C strategy and account communication
  • Ensure ProPortal is optimized and track utilization and effectiveness of tools and assets, making adaptations + changes as needed, directly managing the team responsible for maintaining assets
  • Work directly with supply chain to develop timelines for all programs to ensure on-time launches and quantities
  • Continuously improve our Circle Club (B2B loyalty program), reviewing performance + adjusting as needed. Work closely with sales leadership + key accounts to provide most impactful program
  • Order form/ SFDC promotions + product management
  • Lead communication + outreach to other direct markets in APAC + EMEA, providing updates on key NA programs as well as learnings + suggestions for local execution/ implementation
  • Partner with Professional Relations + events team to maximize impact of all NA events, from trade shows to corporate seminars to other B2B activities
  • Quarterly field rides with US sales team members to stay current on in-office activities, and report back to key field sales team stakeholders on any findings or ideas
  • Attend US events or trade shows as needed
Job Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • Detail-oriented
  • Organized
  • Partners well with cross-functional and inter-department teams as well as other marketing and sales team members
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 15 years' experience
  • Skin care industry experience is required; knowledge of aesthetics market is preferred
  • Enjoys a fast-paced work environment
Physical Demands:
  • Work in office team environment with others
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Travel as needed to conferences and shows, often on nights + weekends as dictated by event schedule
