Base pay range$115,200.00/yr - $192,000.00/yr

Job OverviewThe Director of National Selling Strategy is responsible for leading the holistic approach to selling at Bloomingdale's. The Director has responsibility for the critical role our selling colleagues play throughout the customer journey. From the way we engage our guests to colleague knowledge of products and styling to client development, the Director and their team craft the vision, behaviors, programming and tactics to support the Bloomingdale's selling organization. The Director will work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the organization including Stores, Learning & Development, Merchants, Site, and the totality of the Customer Strategy & Experience team to support Bloomingdale's strategic objectives with powerful selling.
