The opportunityThe Director National Accounts, ESI/Ascent Lead, reporting to the Vice President Value & Access Payer Accounts, is responsible for effectively positioning Teva's Branded and Biosimilar Portfolio at select National Accounts. The Director will be responsible for developing long-term, strategic relationships with key account stakeholders and implementing brand messages & tactics to secure favorable access as outlined within each brand's strategic plan. The target audience includes a range of influential stakeholders and decision-makers, such as national Payers, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and other key customers, as defined by the role. Core account responsibilities include securing formulary consideration and placement for Teva products, fostering collaboration with downstream account teams, and developing long term, mutually beneficial partnerships with customers through strategic solutions. The Director is responsible for the communication, negotiation, and execution of appropriate contract terms & conditions with the account in support of brand strategy.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $184,240-$241,815 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
