We collaborate closely with external vendors and leverage Sephora's internal capabilities to create campaigns that span broadcast, triggered, and transactional messaging. Responsibilities
In this role you will lead mobile messaging marketing channels and operations. Channels include mobile messaging on Sephora properties, including app push and SMS, and ideating the next phase of mobile messaging to ensure a seamless client experience and to meet primary KPIs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Retention Marketing, you will work closely with internal and external partners delivering results that are highly visible and critical to revenue & traffic for Sephora. You'll be part of a high-performing Digital Marketing center of excellence, partnering with teammates who own email programs and other digital marketing channels.

Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary range is $174,675.00 - $195,225.00. Actual base salary depends on factors including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, location, and other legitimate business factors. Individuals may be eligible for bonuses. Sephora offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, employee discount, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and an employee referral bonus program.
