We are seeking a Director, Measurement to join our Integrated Intelligence team. The Director will oversee the measurement of marketing activities, leading a team to generate insights through data analysis and storytelling. Responsibilities include leading accounts from an analytics perspective, developing measurement strategies with account teams, and executing analytics work. Your team will analyze digital campaigns, communicate results, and provide strategic insights for client activation.

Integrated Intelligence (or I²) is part of Real Chemistry's Analytics & Insights. We integrate across data sources, functions, and technologies to provide intelligence—turning data into insights that lead to action, helping clients make critical decisions.

This is a hybrid role, based in any US office—New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, San Francisco—or remote within the US, depending on team needs.

What You'll Do

• Develop measurement strategies, translating business goals into KPIs and evaluation solutions for healthcare marketing.
• Lead reporting and analysis, uncover insights, and craft clear performance stories for clients.
• Manage client relationships and oversee daily client work, collaborating with teams to align measurement strategies with client needs.
• Manage a team, fostering technical and soft skills, and handling administrative duties.
• Present findings professionally to internal and external audiences.

What You Have

• Strong digital marketing knowledge, including campaign strategies, paid media, martech ecosystems, and CRM analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Experience leading programs with measurable outcomes and ROI.
• Expertise in digital media and data sets such as SA360, GCM, Meta, DV360, TTD, Pulsepoint, GA4, and Adobe.
• Familiarity with healthcare datasets like claims, pharmacy, physician data, or Veeva (preferred).
• Experience with data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI); SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.

Pay Range: $120,000.00-$150,000.00

This range reflects the company's current estimate and may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors. Compensation is determined according to applicable laws.
