Director, Marketing - Healthfirst : Job Details

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company priorities to increase sales across the direct and distribution channels of medical and dental markets. Lead cross-functional collaboration with other functions primarily including Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure marketing initiatives are integrated, aligned, and outcome-driven. Proactively collaborate with channel partners in establishing shared vision and priorities, and aligning teams to set and achieve realistic goals and work plans. Develop, prioritize and refine the company's market segmentation and customer targeting strategies, supported by clearly identified value propositions identifying competitive advantages. Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and a culture of accountability to ensure team focus, execution, and continuous improvement.
