Your Opportunity as the Director, Marketing Caf Bustelo The Director of Marketing Caf Bustelo is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the Caf Bustelo brand. This individual is responsible for developing annual operating plans, innovation goals and objectives, and marketing communication strategies and plans for one of the fastest growing brands in the coffee category. The Director has P&L responsibility for the Caf Bustelo portfolio and will oversee the day-to-day management and decision making. The Director will lead a dedicated brand team and will work closely with multiple functional partners to develop and execute the plan. They will lead with a General Manager mindset, balancing the need for creativity and an entrepreneurial approach with strategy and discipline. Location: Orrville, Corporate Offices.
