This role provides technical leadership for Progressive Maintenance (PM) in a union environment across our network of plants. You will drive overall asset reliability strategy, implement improvements for operational excellence, and enhance the technical skills within the maintenance organization. Your work will directly impact safety, quality, efficiency, cost management, customer satisfaction, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach maintenance teams on equipment abnormalities and proactive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Institutionalize planned maintenance culture and governance.
• Utilize CMMS to track maintenance activities, manage spare parts, and improve maintenance processes.
• Develop strategies to enhance equipment performance and reliability, reducing costs.
• Lead corporate maintenance programs emphasizing safety, compliance, and best practices.
• Analyze operational data to improve maintenance metrics such as downtime and costs.
• Partner with HR to recruit and develop skilled maintenance personnel.
• Design and deliver maintenance training programs and workshops.
• Share best practices and leverage subject matter experts to advance maintenance efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced certifications or MBA in Maintenance or Project Management are a plus.
• 10+ years in maintenance and engineering management, with proven TPM and PM implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMGC industry standards, maintenance technologies, and CMMS systems like SAP.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

Additional Information

This position oversees maintenance and asset reliability for our Chicago Bakery. The salary range is $141,000 - $246,750, with eligibility for bonuses and long-term incentives. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and more.
