We are hiring a Director of Logistics!

Job Type: Full Time

What You'll Do

The Director of Logistics will develop and manage supply chain strategies, oversee distribution center development across Florida and Georgia, and implement innovative logistics solutions. Responsibilities include:

Develop and direct logistics strategies for Florida and Georgia.

Lead projects to build distribution centers in Atlanta and Central Florida.

Optimize processes for higher ROI across the DC network.

Set goals and expectations for team members.

Develop efficient logistics, warehousing, and inventory processes.

Utilize data analytics for continuous improvement.

Support branch optimization and cost reductions.

Lead policy development and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead strategic planning and budgeting for logistics operations.

Mentor and develop team members.

What You'll Bring

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Strong planning, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Eclipse experience a plus).
• Ability to travel locally and regionally.
