Develop and implement a comprehensive enrichment program that spans all domains of wellness Manage the daily operations of the Life Enrichment department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluations Complete assessments, care plans, documentation, and compliance audits accurately and on time Lead and oversee volunteer recruitment, training, and recognition Facilitate meaningful patient councils and resident feedback loops Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations Collaborate cross-functionally with nursing, therapy, social services, and marketing to create a unified resident experience Organize high-impact events, holiday programs, and community outreach efforts Train and mentor staff to ensure program quality and resident satisfaction Qualifications Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) or Certified Activity Director preferred (Must obtain within 90 days of hire) Associate's degree or higher preferred; OR two years of releva...Director, Life Enrichment, Enrichment, Management, Healthcare, Program
