Director, Legal - KBR : Job Details

Serve as legal and contractual advisor to KBR management, providing guidance on all aspects of government contracting, subcontracting, procurement, and compliance. Review, analyze, and approve significant or unique contract terms to ensure legal compliance, identify risk, and recommend mitigation strategies. Lead and manage a team of contracts professionals, overseeing performance, development, training, and resource allocation. Support and lead negotiation of complex contracts, subcontracts, proposals, and strategic agreements. Provide legal support for bid protest decisions, oversee related litigation, and manage outside counsel. Monitor and interpret evolving legal and regulatory requirements, including FAR/ DFARS, and ensure timely updates to internal processes. Support internal and external audits, government investigations, and compliance reviews involving KBR operations.
