Director, Learning & Development We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director, Learning & Development (L&D) to drive the growth and development of our managers and employees through innovative, scalable, and results-oriented learning experiences. In close partnership with HR and business leaders, this role will be instrumental in shaping the skills and capabilities our workforce needs to succeedtoday and in the future. This individual will lead a high-performing team responsible for the design, measurement, and enterprise-wide delivery of learning programs.
