The Director, Leader of Talent Systems serves as the strategic system owner and subject matter expert across all Oracle Fusion HCM modules. This role ensures enterprise-wide adoption, optimization, and continuous enhancement of the system. Acting as the functional bridge between IT, Talent, and business stakeholders, this leader champions self-service, data integrity, reporting, and end-user experience across Claritev.
