Job Description

The Lead Business Technology Partner – Wealth Management will support the Head of Global Wealth Management Technology in driving strategic technology initiatives across the business. This role will focus on business process design, systems analysis, and M&A integration efforts. The successful candidate will play a critical part in delivering scalable technology solutions and building the foundations for enterprise-wide transformation. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position within the team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across global wealth management teams and connected business units to gather and document requirements for technology and process improvement initiatives
  • Analyse existing systems, processes, and data flows to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, or integration
  • Create functional specifications, process maps, and data models to support solution design
  • Contribute to system selection, vendor assessments, and implementation planning, especially in post-acquisition scenarios
  • Support testing, rollout, and change management activities across transformation projects
  • Help coordinate offshore and onshore technical resources, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivery timelines
  • Document procedures, workflows, and user guides for system adoption and operational use
  • Assist in tracking KPIs and reporting on project progress, risk, and stakeholder alignment
  • Over time, take ownership of critical initiatives and act as a deputy to the Head of Technology

Qualifications

  • 10 years+ experience years of experience driving digital transformation implementations for financial services businesses as a business analysis, business systems analyst, or similar role
  • Experience working on systems implementations, process design, or enterprise transformation programs
  • Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
  • Understanding of data structures, business workflows, and systems integration concepts
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and break down complex problems into actionable steps
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in wealth management, financial services or asset management required, wealth management strongly preferred
  • Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, Addepar, or similar is a strong bonus
  • Exposure to agile or hybrid project delivery models is required
  • A growth mindset and strong interest in developing leadership and strategy capabilities over time
  • Highly adaptable and able to navigate multiple priorities
