Director, Lab Operations - DaVita : Job Details

Include, but are not limited to:1. Oversees operational and strategic objectives for the clinical laboratory. Manages laboratory lanes to budget through cost savings and productivity monitoring. Monitors and utilizes data to evaluate and drive business decisions for capital and teammate resources. Standardizes and ensures policy and procedures are current for services at lab locations and meet federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Facilitates communication between business lanes and shifts and across departments. Oversee the development and/or expansion of service lines and projects for long term planning for internal and external business opportunities ?2. Provides leadership to clinical lab teams.
