The Role
Leveraging Kyndryl's global strength and technology capabilities across our practices (Cloud, Core Enterprise & zCloud, Network and Edge, Applications, Data & AI, Security & Resilience, Digital Workplace Services), and our expanding network of alliance partners, Consult Partners create and deliver impactful solutions for our clients.
Experienced Consult Partners lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex engagements, creating value and driving growth in Kyndryl's largest accounts. They typically have an existing client network and industry-relevant expertise. You will engage with senior leaders within Kyndryl and our clients, operating in a start-up-like environment supported by the world's largest mission-critical IT services firm.
As a Consult Partner, you will build senior-level relationships, drive value-based outcomes, and lead small teams across multiple projects, advancing your career in a fast-growing IT consulting business.

Who You Are
Required expertise includes extensive experience in IT consulting, a proven track record in sales and delivery, industry knowledge (manufacturing/automotive), and a minimum of 5 years in manufacturing and Industry 4.0 transformation. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's or MBA preferred.
Preferred skills include contract development, business case creation, cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), SAP transformation experience, and knowledge of modern software engineering practices. Staying current with emerging technologies like AI and machine learning is also valued.
The salary range in the U.S. is $151,560 to $272,760, with variations based on location and experience. Benefits include bonuses, comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, and paid leave. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
