Director - Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center : Job Details

Creates, processes, and tracks purchase orders. Maintains records of orders and inventory and follows up with vendors on shipment and delivery. Leads budget planning and implementation for the six departments within TTUHSC Student Affairs. Trains Student Affairs divisional staff on budget, purchasing, travel, and institutional systems, such as Tech. Buy and Chrome River. Supervises divisional office staff, including any business assistants and student employees. Assists with regional contracts for student health, gym memberships, vending - communicating with student affairs representatives at each TTUHSC location. Oversees and manages all Student Services Fees (SSF), serving as fiscal fund management of all SSF FOPs, verifying all transactions align with the guidelines set by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
