This leader will oversee a team of 570 FTE's to include 4 direct supervisors. They will have strategic influence over the team and culture of the department as they lead a strong team!

Assistant Director has an emphasis on BJC System initiatives and interacts with other BJC lab leaders. Provides support to the Laboratory Executive Director and Regional Director and is responsible for the operational, financial and human resource management of all cost centers associated with their assigned areas. Responsibility involves clinical and business development of their lab area(s). This position collaborates with the other assistant directors to ensure clinical best practices are implemented and maintained. The Asst Director is responsible for development of leadership and staff.
