Expected salary range: $197,100 to $219,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Primary Duties And Accountabilities

Lead the client engagement and primary IT interface to Constellation Business Units in the development of technology solutions and support of IT services and products. Partner with business clients and IT leadership to develop a strategic technology plan and investment strategy that meets business needs while leveraging standard enterprise architectures. Lead product executive committees that guide product strategies. Direct a team of 40 to 60 IT professionals responsible for providing a single point of contact with the business, understanding business processes, technology needs and requirements, and translating business requirements into technology solutions. Work with business clients to justify and prioritize medium to large projects (i.e. $1MM - $20MM). Lead maintenance and enhancements of applications and systems that support this business segment. Lead the execution of medium to large IT projects ensuring delivery on time and on budget. Participate in the overall leadership of the IT organization. Create and maintain strategic relationships with key IT vendors and manage IT vendor contracts that support this business segment.

  • Maintain relationships with business clients, ensure business processes and requirements are identified and understood, facilitate committees and forums that drive investment and technology strategy for the supported product portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with system integration vendors to deliver high-complexity, large-scale projects and change management challenges.
  • Manage maintenance, support, and minor enhancements of applications and systems of a product portfolio delivering world-class performance and service.
  • Partner with business clients to justify and prioritize small project investments and manage delivery and execution of small projects while ensuring top-quartile performance.
  • Drive process improvement and adoption of standard Management Model processes to achieve top-quartile cost and performance levels.
  • Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel. Promote diversity, foster teamwork, and contribute to development and retention processes for IT staff.
  • Manage a budget.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering).
  • Typically 12+ years of experience leading and managing multiple solutions teams at the manager level or higher.
  • Experience with and knowledge of business processes; hands-on experience with business applications and/or the product portfolio.
  • Demonstrated strategic planning and customer engagement skills; experience leading organizations through change.
  • Excellent consultative, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills; advanced interpersonal, communications, and presentation abilities. Ability to present complex technical information clearly to gain understanding and approval.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Information Systems or related discipline or MBA.
  • Proven digital transformation experience.
  • Leadership in agile, digital technologies including data science, data modeling, ML, AI, GenAI, and data foundations.
  • Experience directing large-scale digital transformations and building foundational platforms for broad scaling.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, agile environment and lead technical teams to consistently deliver value.
