If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Director, IT Infrastructure - Cloud End User Operations Lead to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of KDN's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networks, and data centersEnsure high availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems and infrastructureManage cloud-based resources, ensuring efficient usage, cost optimization, and securityLead the end user support team to provide timely and effective resolution of IT-related issuesDevelop and manage support processes, including incident management, problem management, and change managementSupervise and mentor a team of IT professionals, including Service management administrators, network engineers, system administrators, database administrators and Cloud engineersImplement AI-powered automation to enhance operational efficiency and service qualityQualifications:Minimum eight years of recent experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and end user support, with at least three years in a leadership roleBachelor's degree in information technology, computer Science, or a related field; master's degree preferredStrong technical knowledge of network architecture, cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and enterprise IT systemsProven experience in leading and managing IT teamsExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsStrong project management skills and experience with project management methodologiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
