Provides leadership and guidance to the IT Technical Applications teams. Ensure ongoing employee development by providing growth objectives and a formalized employee development plan that aligns Smithfields goals with the employees goals. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
