Strategic development and execution: Ensure that all internal communications are aligned with the companys strategic goals and reinforce our unique company culture. Work with the Head of Communications, HR leadership and other internal stakeholders to create and follow a global plan for internal communication that supports: Strategic growth and business Initiatives HR comms Company and other department news Tradeweb culture and employee networks Continuity of business/incident response and change management Incorporating best practice for employee communications Content creation and distribution: Conceive and distribute communications that are tailored relevant and engaging.
