Director - Internal Audit - Vestis Corporation : Job Details

Oversee the SOX program for business process and information technology general controls Collaborate, and manage relationships, with the controllership, external auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed Conduct audits, and other projects, to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with policies and regulations, and the efficiency of operations. Lead special projects requested by the VP of Internal Audit or Audit Committee of the Board. Prepare and present audit reports to senior management and the audit committee Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that impact organization and the function Foster a culture of continuous improvement and risk awareness within the organization.
