Job Overview:

Director, Intelligent Automation and Enterprise AI Enablement, is a dynamic role responsible for vision and strategy, technical solution delivery, leadership, coaching, and growth of a product and software development team to scale T-Mobile's enterprise automation and AI enablement journey. The Director oversees the vision, design, product roadmap, and technical build of automation/low code and AI enablement products, supporting intelligent agents and workforce-centric AI solutions within an Agile environment. Initially leading a team of 10 FTE, managing a budget of $15M - $25M, and collaborating with onshore and offshore teams, the Director is accountable for core business metrics and technology outcomes.

The role involves developing customer-focused strategies, fostering innovation, attracting and retaining high-performing teams, and ensuring rapid adoption of AI technologies aligned with enterprise standards. The Director also cultivates strong partnerships across teams and vendors, leading organizational design, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy, Vision, Analysis: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, align AI and automation strategies, oversee product lifecycle, and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Business & Technical Execution: Manage budgets, oversee technical delivery, foster cross-team collaboration, and drive operational excellence.
  • Leadership, Coaching, and Relationships: Set team goals, conduct performance reviews, develop talent, and promote a collaborative culture.
  • Work Experience & Skills: Require minimum 10 years in IT management, with extensive experience in enterprise automation and AI, team management, and agile methodologies.
