Director, Integrated Business Planning - Mondo : Job Details

About the Role:

We are seeking a Director of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to lead and optimize our end-to-end business planning processes. This individual will be a key driver in ensuring our supply chain and operational strategies are fully aligned with business goals through robust planning processes and systems. This leader will drive SAP IBP and SNOP excellence across the organization, bringing structure, accountability, and visibility to our planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, driving cross-functional alignment across supply, demand, finance, and commercial teams.
• Oversee the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, ensuring alignment between long-term business strategy and supply chain execution.
• Act as the SAP IBP system owner, ensuring adoption and optimization of planning tools (IBP, SNP, SNOP) across the organization.
• Manage the integration of planning tools with other core business systems; ensure data integrity and accurate reporting to drive decision-making.
• Partner closely with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure accountability in planning processes and foster collaboration across departments.
• Lead cross-functional teams through change management initiatives related to planning transformation.
• Develop KPIs to measure the effectiveness of IBP processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership to influence business decisions.

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

• 8-12+ years of experience in Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or related roles.
• Expertise in SAP IBP, SAP SNP, and SAP S&OP systems, with proven experience leading end-to-end integration projects.
• Strong background in processing industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.
• Demonstrated longevity and accountability in roles, including seeing through large-scale SAP planning integrations and staying post-implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; capable of pushing back when necessary while maintaining a collaborative approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
