Director, Inside Sales (Remote) - Office Depot : Job Details

Revenue and Profitability: Develop and execute the ISO sales and margin plan for their region. Expected results are plan achievement accomplished in compliance with all selling activities to Company standards and all federal and state regulations. Leading the Team: Hire, train, and motivate the management team to effectively grow and generate revenue within their region. Ensure clear understanding of responsibilities throughout the Region and ensure knowledge is dispersed amongst teams engaged in sales and post-sale activities. Establish shared expectations to minimize surprises. Understand and address potential obstacles to proposed solutions. Successfully lead a team of Senior Sales Managers with the expectation of a high standard of performance that exceeds plan and results in growth and promotions at all levels.
