We are seeking an experienced Director of Identity Lifecycle Management to help lead the transformation and modernization of Pfizer's identity systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementing and managing SailPoint, and will oversee identity lifecycle operations. This role executes initiatives that modernize our identity security practices, ensures robust access controls, and drives the evolution of our IAM systems in alignment with current and future security needs.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, strong communication and leadership skills, and broad technical expertise across cloud, on-premises, IaaS, and SaaS environments.
