Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Corporate Director of Human Resources, Operations to join our growing HR team. Reporting to the Vice President of HR, this hands-on, strategic leader will play a key role in fostering an associate-centric culture across the Marcus Hotels & Resorts division. The Director of HR Operations will serve as a critical link between corporate HR strategy and property-level execution, ensuring alignment and forward-thinking practices throughout the organization. As a seasoned HR generalist, this role will provide guidance to HR teams and operational leaders across multiple properties on a wide range of HR topics, including associate relations, coaching and counseling, performance management, compliance, benefits, compensation, and process design.
