The Director of Human Resources - Cook Inc., develops partnerships across all functional areas and sites in order to deliver value added service to management and employees reflecting the business objectives of the organization. This position acts as a strategic partner and consultant to management and employees on HR related issues. Responsibilities - Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues - Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations - Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
