Director, HR Business Partner - Ameriprise Financial : Job Details

Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, integrating HR strategies into business planning and decision-making. Coach leaders to enhance effectiveness and navigate sensitive employee matters in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (CO - Es). Data-Driven Insight: Identify workforce trends and challenges, using internal and external data to influence business outcomes. Partner with CO - Es and global HRB - Ps to drive meaningful, enterprise-aligned change. Enterprise Collaboration: Work closely with global HRB - Ps and CO - Es to support critical initiatives, including corporate development activities. Leverage enterprise-wide programs and tools to improve results and mitigate risk. Change Leadership: Lead through complex organizational change, including M&A activity and strategic transformations.
